This course is designed to be completed over approximately 10 hours of learning and reflection. The lessons combine guided learning with practical journalling exercises that you complete within the accompanying printable journal.

Because journalling is a reflective process, many learners choose to spread the course across several days or weeks. This allows time to pause, reflect, and fully engage with each exercise.

As you progress through the lessons, you will complete the journal pages step by step, helping you apply the concepts of journal therapy in a practical and meaningful way.

CPD Learning Hours

This course provides 10 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) learning.

Upon completion, you will have engaged with guided learning materials, reflective exercises, and practical journalling activities designed to support personal insight, emotional awareness, and reflective practice.

The course therefore contributes 10 CPD learning points, which will be evidenced on your certificate of completion.
